From The Belfast Newsletter: “Literary Gossip: The Pageant, vol. 2”

About the end of the present month Messrs. Henry & Co., Limited will publish the second annual issue of “The Pageant.” In connection with the book we observe a very imposing list of literary contributors—Austin Dobson, Edmund Gosse, Lionel Johnson, Max Beerbohm, Selwyn Image, Maurice Maeterlinck, Edward Purcell, and a host of other well-known names. “The Parade,” a gift-book for the young will also be published by this firm, and edited by Gleeson White. It will contain fairy tales by John Oliver Hobbes, Sir Richard Burton, Laurence Housman, and others. Numerous popular writers will contribute military and adventure stories, children’s stories, verses, nonsense verses, and stories to be told in the nursery.
